Your brand kit, built from what you already posted.

One prompt reads your bio and your best posts, then writes an 11-part Brand Kit for your field. A checker scores every new draft against it before you publish. Works for coaches, freelancers, founders, creators and local businesses.

Level 2The checker in a chat

Put your kit and the checker prompt into a Claude Project, ChatGPT Project or Gem. Paste any draft, get a score and a fix.

Level 3Automatic

An n8n workflow checks every draft from a simple page, logs it, and emails you a weekly report. About 1.5 cents a check.

Level 1: the Brand Kit Builder

Collect 3 things first: one line on what you do and for whom, your bio or About text, and 3 to 5 of your best posts, picked by replies and saves. Then:

  1. Open a new chat in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
  2. Copy the prompt below and paste it in.
  3. At the very end, under MY INPUT, paste your 3 things. Then send.
  4. Read the audit first. Answer its questions. Then copy the Brand Kit into a Google Doc called "Brand Kit".
BRAND KIT BUILDER
Works in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Paste this whole prompt. Then paste your inputs at the very end, under MY INPUT, and send.

==================================================================

You are two people at once: a brand strategist and a strict auditor.
Your job is to build a Brand Kit for one person or one small business, using only the evidence they give you.

THE ONE RULE THAT BEATS ALL OTHERS
Never invent anything: no numbers, results, clients, awards, years of experience, credentials, quotes or reviews.
If something is missing, write [MISSING: what is missing] in its place. A marked gap is useful. A made-up fact destroys trust.

------------------------------------------------------------------
STEP 1. FIND MY SPECIALTY LENS
Read MY SPECIALTY. Pick the ONE row below that fits best. If two fit, pick the one closest to how I make money.
The lens decides what matters most in my content and what must never be published.

| # | Specialty | What matters most | Must never ship | Proof that works best |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Coach or consultant | A named method and client transformations | Income or result promises without proof. Client stories without permission | A client's before and after situation, with permission |
| 2 | Agency or freelancer (design, dev, marketing, video) | Case studies with numbers, a clear niche, a visible process | "We help businesses grow" and other vague claims. Client names or work shown without permission | Before and after metrics, process screenshots, turnaround times |
| 3 | SaaS or app founder | Shipping receipts and honest numbers | Fake or rounded-up metrics, launch hype, screenshots that are not real | Changelog, real usage numbers, what broke and how it was fixed |
| 4 | Content creator or educator | One clear promise per post, series, saves | A hook the post does not pay off. Copying another creator's format or words | Saves, replies, student or viewer wins |
| 5 | Real estate agent or broker | Local knowledge and accurate listing facts | Wrong prices or specs, guaranteed returns, wording that excludes any group of buyers | Homes sold, days on market, area data with its source, client reviews |
| 6 | Local business (cafe, salon, gym, shop, studio) | Place, people, consistent look, correct hours and offers | Wrong hours or prices, expired offers, stock photos passed off as real | Regulars, behind the scenes, real reviews |
| 7 | E-commerce or product brand | Product truth and consistent product photos | Claims the product cannot back, fake reviews, fake countdowns or scarcity | Real reviews, customer photos used with permission, return or repeat-buy rate |
| 8 | Health, fitness or wellness pro | Trust, safety and credentials | Guaranteed results, before and after images without consent, medical advice in a public post, body shaming | Credentials, process, consented client stories |
| 9 | Finance, legal or accounting pro | Plain-language clarity and trust | Guarantees, personal advice in a public post, missing disclaimers | Credentials, explainers, the kinds of cases handled |
| 10 | Professional, executive or job seeker | One clear lane of expertise and a point of view | Generic motivational posts, titles or results that cannot be checked | Projects shipped, results with numbers, recommendations |

------------------------------------------------------------------
STEP 2. AUDIT WHAT I ALREADY PUBLISHED
Before you build anything, grade what I pasted. Be blunt and specific. Quote my exact words.
Look for: claims with no proof, numbers that do not match, different names for the same thing, vague promises, words that sound written by AI, broken formatting, anything my lens says must never ship.
Write a table with up to 12 rows: Where | The exact words | Problem | Fix.
Then one line: "X problems, Y of them must-never-ship."

------------------------------------------------------------------
STEP 3. FIND MY PATTERN
Look at my best posts side by side. Name what they share: how they open, where the number sits, length, structure, tone, how they end.
Write it as a formula in one line, for example: "Number in line one, one problem, one fix, one honest limit, a question at the end."
If I gave fewer than 3 posts, say the pattern is a first guess.

------------------------------------------------------------------
STEP 4. WRITE MY BRAND KIT
Use exactly these 11 headings, in this order. Keep each part short enough to read in one minute.
Anything you suggest that did not come from my input, mark with (suggested) so I know to check it.

1. POSITIONING
   - One-liner: who I help, with what, in under 12 words.
   - Signature line: one sentence I can repeat everywhere, built from my own words where possible.
   - Who this is for, and who it is not for (one line each).

2. MY SPECIALTY LENS
   - My lens number and name from Step 1.
   - What matters most in my content (2 lines).
   - My must-never-ship list (these become hard fails for the checker).

3. PROOF BANK
   - Every real number, result, credential or receipt found in my input, one per line, with where it came from.
   - Then a list of [MISSING: ...] proof I should collect next.

4. BELIEFS
   - 3 beliefs I would defend in public, written from the opinions already in my posts.
   - What I am against (3 to 6 short lines).

5. CONTENT PILLARS
   - Exactly 3 pillars. For each: name, what it covers, and which of my posts proves it works.

6. VOICE
   - 5 hard rules (how I open, sentence length, plain words, claims, punctuation).
   - Banned words: 10 to 15 words or phrases that sound fake for MY audience. Choose them for my field, do not copy a standard list.
   - One short paragraph written in my voice, as the sample to copy.

7. VISUAL KIT
   - If I gave colors or fonts, use them. If not, propose them (suggested):
     - 5 colors with hex codes and a job each: background, text, accent, soft accent, muted text. Check the text color is readable on the background.
     - 2 free Google Fonts: one for headlines, one for body text.
     - Photo style in 3 lines (light, framing, what is always in shot).
     - Cover or thumbnail formula: what is always in it, in one line.
   - Then the same colors and fonts as a code block of CSS variables I can paste into a design tool:
     :root { --bg: ; --text: ; --accent: ; --accent-soft: ; --muted: ; --font-display: ; --font-body: ; }

8. PROFILES
   - Bio lines that all say the same thing, sized for each place:
X bio (under 160 characters), LinkedIn headline (under 220), Instagram bio (under 150), YouTube channel first line (under 100), email signature (one line).

9. FORMATS
   - One line of rules per platform I use: length, how the first line works, links, hashtags, what a good ending looks like.

10. BEST POSTS AND THE PATTERN
   - My best posts as short references (first line plus why it worked).
   - The formula from Step 3.

11. CHECKER RULES
   - Score out of 100: Proof 30, Voice 25, Positioning 25, Format 20.
   - A post passes at 80 or more, with zero hard fails.
   - Hard fails (always block, whatever the score):
     a) An invented or unprovable number or result.
     b) A claim that contradicts my Proof Bank or an earlier post.
     c) Any item on my must-never-ship list.
     d) A banned word.
     e) Placeholder text left in, like "Your Name" or "[link]".
     f) It fits none of my 3 pillars.

------------------------------------------------------------------
STEP 5. ASK ME UP TO 3 QUESTIONS
Only about the [MISSING] items that would change the kit the most. Number them. Then stop and wait.

FORMAT
- Plain language a 12-year-old could follow.
- No hype words. No emojis.
- Start with the Step 2 audit, then Step 3, then the Brand Kit, then the questions.

==================================================================
MY INPUT
Everything below this line is about me: what I do and for whom, my bio or about text, 3 to 5 of my best posts, and (optional) my colors, fonts and the platforms I post on.

Find your row

The Builder picks one of these lenses for you. It decides what your content leans on, and what can never ship. Your must-never-ship list becomes a hard fail in the checker.

Where it stops

Why I built it

I ran it on my own brand first. It flagged 13 problems across my site and posts, including placeholder text still live on my own homepage. Now nothing ships until it passes. If you want this set up for your team, Digital Medium does that.
